Due to the increasing number of applicants from overseas, we would like to inform our school community about the procedures and standard service criteria for certificate recognition, in accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikdasmen @kemendikdasmen ).

This information is provided to ensure a clear understanding of the required documents, application stages, and verification process, supporting a transparent and well-regulated recognition procedure for international applicants.

Prosedur Mutasi Siswa Dari Luar Negeri SD, SMP, SMA

Informasi awal:

  1. Orang tua siswa bisa mendapatkan informasi lengkap terlebih dahulu perihal mutasi siswa masuk ke SMP PGII 1 Bandung dari pihak sekolah untuk melihat apakah formasi kelas yang dituju tersedia atau tidak;
  2. Memperlihatkan Raport (Laporan Pendidikan) untuk bahan pertimbangan;
  3. Membayar biaya formulir dan pendaftaran
  4. Mengikuti Wawancara pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan;
  5. Mendapatkan Surat Keterangan Diterima/Menerima Siswa Pindahan.
  6. Memenuhi Persyataran Mutasi:
    • Raport Asli  dan pada bagian belakang Keterangan Pindah sudah ditandatangani oleh kepala sekolah asal;
    • Surat Keterangan Pindah Sekolah dari sekolah asal;
    • Surat Keterangan Pindah Sekolah dari Aplikasi Dapodik (Mutasi Dapodik);
    • Memiliki Nomor NISN (Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional);
    • Buku Pribadi / Buku Perkembangan Siswa (bila ada);
    • Fotocopy KTP suami istri 1 (satu) lembar;
    • Fotocopy STTB/Ijasah SD/SMP/SMA 1 (satu) lembar;
    • Fotocopy DHUN/SHUN/Surat Keterangan Lulus SD/SMP/SMA 1 (satu) lembar;
    • Fotocopy Akta Kelahiran 1 (satu) lembar;
    • Fotokopy Kartu Keluarga (KK) 1 (satu) lembar;
    • Pas Photo Hitam Putih ukuran 3 x 4 = 2 (dua) lembar.

7. Membayar Biaya Pendidikan pada tahun pelajaran yang berjalan
