How do we Teach?
Applying the latest teaching methods tailored to the current situation and the developmental stages of students, the best practices implemented by teachers support student learning. The use of modern learning media and technology enhances student education through technological transformations such as Interactive Panel Smart Boards, iPads, and Integrated Communication Technology, which enable measurable learning outcomes. The key focus is not merely asking questions but posing essential questions, which are far more important than simply asking, 'What do you want to be? Bakti Mulya 400 student asks, 'What solutions can you contribute to solving a problem?

The best learning occurs when students are engaged, motivated, interests, and choices are recognized. Building connections and positive relationships with students fosters their agency, encouraging a mindset that inspires them, such as an entrepreneurial spirit, as a step toward success. Students should never feel afraid to make mistakes while learning, because they embrace the spirit of taking risks, resilience, perseverance, consistency, and growth, preparing them to face the challenges of the future.

Bakti Mulya 400 begins by building on what students already know. A personalized learning approach strengthens connections with students, while innovative learning methods with relevant approaches for the present time support and enhance students in strengthening their academic achievements throughout the learning process.

We are in the process of becoming a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB), offering an academically focused curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking skills, research, and global understanding. The IB program prepares students to be adaptable, curious, and inquiry-driven as they face future challenges. Progression assessments provide them with opportunities to grow in both academic success and skills throughout their journey as students at Bakti Mulya 400 Cibubur.

Nearly 75% of teachers meet the required educational qualifications or have equivalent experience in their fields, possessing skills in both academic and non-academic areas. Some have pursued education equivalent to a master’s degree, while others are continuing their postgraduate studies. Bakti Mulya 400 emphasizes lifelong learning through in-house training and professional development, both nationally and internationally. We also contribute to providing learning experiences for the community to learn, share, and collaborate in enhancing students' learning outcomes.

The Flexible Learning Hubs at Bakti Mulya 400 are designed to support personalized and adaptive education. These hubs provide dynamic spaces that accommodate diverse learning styles, encourage collaboration, and integrate innovative teaching methods. With a focus on flexibility, the hubs foster critical thinking, creativity, and independence, equipping students with the skills needed for academic excellence and future challenges.
Engaging Minds The mind works best when students are engaged in learning through challenging, meaningful, and relevant experiences that align with the context of their lives.
